Tuk-tuk rides made it special
Adelphi Grande provided a good stay with its spacious room and a well-equipped kitchenette. The tuk-tuk service was a good surprise, whisking us to the BTS station in mere minutes, and the staff's cute demeanor brought smiles each time we returned. We particularly enjoyed the quiet ambiance, nestled away from the bustling city noise yet close to excellent dining options at nearby markets.
The limited breakfast variety was a slight drawback . A bit more creativity could elevate the morning meals. While the pool was well-maintained, it was deep enough to be less suitable for younger children, which might catch some families off-guard. We also noticed a few pieces of kitchenware were missing that would have made meal prep even easier.

We ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast. The location in a quiet area was particularly good and there were a convenience shop and a market nearby

Here's what worked, and what didn't
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options which catered well to all diets.
The shower design led to water spilling onto the bathroom floor, posing a slipping risk.

The rooms themselves are wonderful, large, fully equipped, well designed/decorated. Staying on a high floor affords a nice view through the floor to ceiling windows. The washing machine is a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty.
I'd say the staff could have been more helpful and better trained in customer satisfaction skills.

Our stay at your hotel was excellent. Nothing was a bother to the staff. Breakfasts were great. Everything was well done.
did not know how to call the tuk tuk to pick us up and the end of the road. Walking down the street late at night was a bit yuk.

The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Also, the room was very comfortable and big and had a good view too!
The bathroom did not have good ventilation and hence it gets very stuffy after awhile. Also the light switches were very confusing. Finally, the complimentary tuk-tuk service on demand was very useful but it would have been much better if it could be extended to the Asoke/Sukhumvit junction instead so that guests can have access to the mrt as well as the bts.

Staff behaviour & attention are excellent. Whoever is driving their tuk tuk is always looking for adelphi guests whoever is returning to hotel on foot. As we are 75+, they even sent tuk tuk to Tops for our return on call. We used their grand suite which have everything, comfort, fully working kichen, washing machine, a view of Bangkok skyline. Housekeeping is also very good, everything was spotlessly clean everyday. Breakfast has something for everybody, even a small Japanese section. Location is also near to BTS station. They always arranged metered taxis for our journeys on request. Check in & check out are quite fast. I shall definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.
This is not complain, only a suggestion. If you can keep a pair of scissors in room.

quiet dead-end street, convenient tuk tuk service, large in-room kitchenette
The plastic flooring is a downgrade from the wooden finish!!! The shower design is poor, leading to puddles that aren't ideal!!! The washing machine settings require staff assistance for proper use!!!

Good location to visit Bangkok. Clean and well equiped room. Appealing decoration. Quiet location, as the hotel is a few 100 meters away from the busy mainroad. Sufficient breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at reception as well as in the restaurant. Unfortunately we stayed just one night. Value for money.

The comfort of the room and the washer. The tuk tuk service was very helpful and the hotel loaned umbrellas when we needed them. The Bts station was within walking distance.
The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Every time we used the bath tub,it leaked a lot of water. No matter how careful we were, there was always a big pool of water. The tub was hard to get in and out of.
